First time waiting at an alley off Lim Teck Seng Road. Its 9:50am waiting for the clock to hit 10 o'clock. No need to pay S$1/- to enter the ERP zone from 10am to 12pm. Notice those concrete obstacles that block access to the road? Heh, probably many motorcyclist have flanked the ERP gantry in the past.
