n level Spicy buffalo wings

Poor Kucinta had a bad experience at Buckaroos. I thought the food there was still above average, until I happen to read her blog today. Well, I wouldn't be eating there any more. Besides I have better alternatives, like eating at the originator's joint.

Buckaroos first started at a HDB block of flats off Jln Kayu. Was happening then, started by a Texan. Then the cafe/pub was spacious (due to low rent). But they had to move when HDB decided to clear the land. But Jerry's is still at Jln Kayu. Dined at Jerry's last month, food is still above average, pretty good I'll say. Jerry's was also started by the same Texan. He sold both businesses away.

Anyways, after eating n levels of buffalo wings for years, it is just fried chicken with generous (depending on the level) amount of jalapeƱos and tabasco sauce.

Jerry's buffalo wings definitely better than Buckaroos! I also love the western food at Charlie's Corner (Changi Village).

Ah. If you like off the beaten track western dining, you should try Uncle David's at Cactus Road.

Charlie's corner also not bad. But the main thing is, they have lots of business, which means their ingredients should be fresh.

I suspect, Buckaroos does not have that much customers on weekdays. So come weekends, you may have been unlucky to have been served old stock.
